If this is true, and I am not arguing it is or not, then this right would supersede any right the embryo\/foetus would have to life.<\/p>\n<p>How is the right to choice overriding right to life determined?<\/p>\n<p>In parallel, persons have the right to choose to defend themselves and that right could extend to killing someone. In that regard, they are superseding someone?\u00a2\u201a\u00c7\u00a8\u201a\u00d1\u00a2s right to life.
