While waiting to go into a session at the temple a couple of days ago, I came across 2 Ne 28:32:<\/p>\n
Wo be unto the Gentiles, saith the Lord God of Hosts! For notwithstanding I shall lengthen out mine arm unto them from day to day, they will deny me; nevertheless, I will be merciful unto them, saith the Lord God, if they will repent and come unto me; for mine arm is lengthened out all the day long, saith the Lord God of Hosts.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
This really got me thinking about my own life.<\/p>\n
Here God is being patient and ever willing to extend his arm to s if we repent, even if it takes years or generations. Then here I am frustrated if something doesn’t go my way after 10 minutes.<\/p>\n
Granted, God is perfect. I wonder though if there is some way of being able to teach ourselves to be more patient.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
