Interestingly enough, the two most recent apostles had been serving in the Presidency of the Seventy when called. With that in mind, the longest serving members of the presidency are Neil L. Andersen and Ronald A. Rasband, both called in August 2005. Elder Anderson is from Idaho and Elder Rasband is from Utah.<\/p>\n
