I was thrilled with Elder Andersen getting the nod, he is a really good guy. When I was a somewhat less than strong lad he (was counselor in the SP), my Bishop and the Stake President encouraged me greatly to go on a mission. Their strength of Testimony really helped me out back then (1980's).

Oh, good call. Elder Jensen was in the Presidency of the Seventy. It would be cool to have a church historian in the 12.

Elder Costa was the Brazilian I mentioned in my post.

I'd love to see Elder Jensen (Marlin K. - the democrat one) or Elder Costa, though.
