And i agree with you.. It was never easy to earn for a living.. But it's also unfair for those whose homes are being littered on..

I agree. In the same way that being homeless shouldn't be against the law, but loitering/trespass is and should be.

Isn’t there a fine for littering in BC?
Call the cops.
Take pictures.
To heck with the property managers. Get someone on it who can do something.
