I’ve heard of this program and have heard it has great results. I think everyone should be exposed to babies. Nothing cuddlier than a baby.

My wife is a certified instructor and would probably know much more about explaining these concepts to the very young.(Maybe she’ll chime in here)

As His Holiness the Dalai Lama would say:
Compassion,”is the realization that even our own enemy is motivated by the quest for happiness. We must recognize that all beings want the same thing we want.”

When we put ourselves in the place of others and imagine how our actions are received we gain an understanding of the necessity for compassion.

Maybe too heavy for someone VERY young.
