  1. 110 shots – 68 hits. That’s a 61% hit rate. Not bad, but I bet the SWAT team gets sent back to the range to improve anyway.

  2. I wonder how far away the officers were, and how soon it was apparent that the suspect had been fully disabled and no longer posed a danger? Probably very hard to tell in retrospect, with regard to a very high-adrenaline situation.
