And it’s ’cause you’ve thrilled me
Silenced me
Stilled me
Proved things I never believed
The face on you
The smell of you
Will always be with me

Three Babies is actually a favourite of mine, mainly because of the message which my heart understood clearly even before my mind understood it. Sinead O’Connor wrote this song about the three babies she lost to miscarriage. You would have to read or/and hear the whole song. It’s a very powerful, emotional song. Maybe not to everyone, but I understood it, even before I knew why she had written it. She describes the feelings perfectly.
