The lord has his reasons for doing things. I can't help but think that it is entirely possible that Dubya is there for a reason, regardless of how I feel about it.

At the same time, the lord allows us to make our own mistakes, even if is something as big as electing a president.

Claiming to have the omniscience required to make this declaration is ludicrous. It’s ludicrous to say “I know God set this in motion” and it’s ludicrous to say “I know God didn’t have anything to do with this.”
