I’m going to have to take a look at the announcement that was read over the pulpit to see if it was the same wording. It’s interesting how we sometimes hear what we want to hear.

Either way, Kim, I think you’re fine doing what you’re doing. This seems to be more of a call to action to those who haven’t been taking their study seriously or haven’t read the BoM in a while.

I wasn’t worried that it wasn’t fine. ;)

That’s my thought too, about the challenge to be a call of action for those who haven’t been taking their study seriously. I decided to do the challenge myself just to increase my own reading (which I was doing, just not as much as I really wanted to do). I do find it has helped increase my patience and spirituality.

Rather than start over in our reading as a couple we have simply doubled our efforts from a single chapter to two chapters a day. We just began Alma today. Those friggin’ Amlicites.]

By the way, I’ve started to move away from just artwork and am beginning to post written content. I hope you’ll drop in occasionally. I’ve also decided it’s time to redo the sidebar and just added ‘Our Thoughts’ to the list.

Looking at your blog, I think I need to get a gravatar.

My website is now updated for accuracy with regards to your good name.

I’m using it as an excuse for family reading. `
